Return and Exchange Policy

 

Hello!

We hope you never want to return anything! :) Nevertheless, we have a really fuss-free and easy 7-day return policy. Why? Because we know you have so many things to do and bothering about returns shouldn't be one of them.

Domestic Orders

Exchange Policy:

1. Exchange requests that are raised within 3 days of receiving the product for size-related issues will be accepted. To raise the request, contact us via email at support@gunjha.com. We will send you an approval email within a day.
2. Return requests for minor colour shade changes would not be entertained as all our products are hand-dyed. Such minor changes are part of the authenticity of the product. 
3. If approved, please pack the product so it can be picked up by the courier boy without any delays. The product should be in its original condition (no alternation, fall/pico, and blouse piece cutting), still have the original packaging, and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted. You will be notified by us once we receive your shipment.
4. For hygiene reasons, the items should be unused and unwashed.
5. We don't provide try-on service and discourage unnecessary shipments for the goal of sustainability. We appreciate your understanding that requests may be rejected for this reason.
6. Customized products cannot be exchanged.
7. Sarees ordered with the Fall and Pico services are non-refundable.
8. Small variations in the printing are part of what makes hand-block printed fabrics so special. A single unwanted movement can result in little smudges or irregularities, which is not considered a defect.
9. Products purchased during special discounts or sales cannot be exchanged.
10. The shipping charges for sending the replacement products have to be borne by the customer.
11. Once we have received the products, a quality check will be done by our team. Subject to the product being in original condition, a replacement piece would be dispatched.

Return Policy:

11. Once we have received the products, a quality check will be done by our team. Subject to the product being in original condition, a refund would be initiated.
12. The refund amount will be processed within 3-7 working days of gunjha.com's warehouse receiving the returned product(s).
13. Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through RTGS/NEFT (the amount would be refunded through RTGS/NEFT only in cases where the debit/credit card used by the customer while placing the order is not in use).

Though we have critical standards for our quality requirements and every package is carefully checked before shipping, problems may occur at times during shipment. Please contact us at support@gunjha.com if you have any quality issues or if we made a mistake during shipment; we will do our best to solve and provide solutions to your satisfaction.

International Orders:

1. Return requests that are raised within 3 days of receiving the product for defects related issue would be accepted. To raise the request, contact us via email at Support@gunjha.com with your Order ID and a picture of the defect. You will receive an approval email from us within a day. We will either provide you with a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
2. Return requests for minor colour shade changes would not be entertained as all our products are hand-dyed. Such minor changes are part of the authenticity of the product. 
3. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
4. If you want to return the products, the shipping, customs, or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the client. Once we have received the products, a quality check will be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you courier it back to us.
5. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. We do not have an exchange policy for international clients.
